Job Title: Fiber Laser Operator

We are seeking a skilled Fiber Laser Operator to join our metal-processing company. The ideal candidate will have experience operating fiber laser cutting machines and possess a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities:

Operate fiber laser cutting machines to cut and shape metal parts according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and engineered drawings Set up and adjust machine controls to ensure proper operation Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a safe and clean work environment Hit daily performance goals Shift work required
Requirements:

Over 2 years of experience operating fiber laser cutting machines Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques Sharp attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to perform basic math calculations Ability to work well in a team environment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Able to multi-task and organize on-going work for maximum machine efficiency
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
