Language Advantage is seeking

French

instructors with proven experience teaching Canadian Public Servants.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality instruction to adult learners in an online environment Develop customized language program for learners based on their language assessment results Prepare comprehensive weekly lesson plans, monthly development plans and teaching materials tailored to the specific language and industry needs of the learners Provide ongoing feedback to the learner and adjust the lessons and methods to meet the learner's needs Prepare comprehensive progress reports at the end of the program reflecting learners' progress made against the objectives defined at the beginning of the program Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Certificate in education/languages or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience instructing adults in language classes. Experience in business or professional setting is an asset.

Office 365 applications Adobe PDF application Online teaching platforms and tools for delivery of training content, including video conferencing and interactive whiteboards
