What You'll Be Doing

Setting up and removing lane closures, signage, cones, and barricades Coordinating with dispatch and TCPs to ensure smooth traffic flow Communicating clearly with crew members and supervisors Ensuring all equipment is placed safely and accurately Staying alert and focused in all weather conditions Representing the Peterson name with professionalism and respect
What You'll Need

Experience in lane closures or traffic control is a plus -- but we'll train the right person! CSA-approved steel toe boots A positive attitude and strong communication skills Valid drivers license clean drivers abstract A deep sense of responsibility for safety and teamwork
