We are looking for a hands-on

Landscape Maintenance Foreman

to lead our landscape maintenance crews while working alongside them. This role is perfect for a high-energy, detail-oriented leader who can manage a small team, interact professionally with high-end clients, and ensure operations run smoothly.

What We Offer:

$27-$32/hour plus overtime

based on experience (Overtime paid for hours exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week)

Seasonal Work (April - November)

| Minimum 40 hours per week, peak season 50-60 hours a week may be required

What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and work alongside a maintenance crew maintaining our clients' yards to the highest standards and ensuring that all yards look like Paradise. Use and maintain outdoor equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Work safely with fertilizers and pesticides Shape shrubs of all sizes and prune trees with proper pruning techniques Manage job scheduling and employee coordination using Landscape Management Network Software and Apps (LMN) Train new employees and oversee safety procedures Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Landscape Manager Interact professionally with high-end clients - attention to detail is key Work outdoors in all weather conditions Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors in other departments Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

What We Need:

5+ years of landscape maintenance experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to operate and maintain outdoor equipment

Knowledge of proper pruning techniques

Plant knowledge and ability to detect and resolve plant issues

Arborist experience or certification a plus but not required

Proactive, high-energy attitude

Passion for keeping landscapes looking flawless
