Do you love the outdoors?! We have been in business for 15+ years and we are looking to expand our team for Spring 2025! We are looking to fill the position of Landscape Maintenance Foreman.

This position is full-time/seasonal/daytime with opportunities to extend the work season into Snow Removal. The hours for this position are from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Hours may vary at times. Start date is subject to change, weater dependent.

Wages vary depending on your experience. Rates range from 21$ to 24$ / hour.

Our ideal candidate has the following skills and requirements:

- Valid driver's license / Clean driver's abstract.

- Must have own reliable transportation to and from the office in Dieppe.

- Ability to work long & physically demanding hours in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, walking, bending, crouching and kneeling.

- Reliable and dependable.

- Attention to detail / organized

- Customer & Quality Focused

- Experience is required for the position

Daily work activities:

- Cutting grass.

- Operate, repair & maintain landscaping equipment.

- Apply fertilizer.

- Weed, Prune and trim trees and plants.

- Remove litter, branches, leaves and garbage.

- Lay sod or seed.

- Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.

- Assist with landscape construction.

- Complete daily paperwork as required.

Equipment and Machinery Experience:

- Lawn Mower

- Weed trimmer, edger.

- Chain saw.

- Leaf blower.

- Fertilizer Spreader
