Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscaping and construction maintenance and installations, along with proven supervisory experience. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will lead a team of landscape professionals in executing various projects, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily landscape operations, including gardening, carpentry, interlocking, and maintenance tasks. Oversee the execution of landscape design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction and landscape maintenance techniques. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and project timelines are met. Manage equipment usage and maintenance, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, carpentry and interlocking is essential. Strong leadership skills with prior supervising experience in a similar role. Knowledge of fence and deck, and construction practices related to landscaping projects. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
