Job Summary:

Celtic Landscaping and Design is seeking a skilled and motivated

Landscape Foreman

to lead our crews and ensure the delivery of top-tier landscaping services. As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a vital role in managing a team, maintaining client properties, and ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a landscaping crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Perform and delegate various landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and hardscape maintenance. Ensure proper and safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Maintain a positive and productive team environment with a "can-do" attitude. Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and ensure safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction. Perform basic equipment maintenance and identify potential mechanical issues. Manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field (foreman/supervisory experience preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods (must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly). Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment is an asset. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver's license (required).

Education:

Secondary School (preferred).

Experience:

Landscape maintenance: 2-5 years (preferred).

Language:

English (preferred).

Licence/Certification:

Valid Driver's License (required). Class 5
