Genesis Interlocking & Custom Landscaping is hiring full-time crew members for the 2025 season. Based in Winnipeg, we design and build patios, driveways, retaining walls, decks, fencing, garden spaces, and full landscape makeovers. Every project is different -- and we're looking for reliable, driven individuals to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience who wants to grow in a trade, develop new skills, and work with a team that values craftsmanship and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with hardscape installations: pavers, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and more Handling and moving materials: gravel, soil, stone, and construction supplies Sod installation, planting trees/shrubs, shaping beds, and garden prep Using hand tools, power tools, and light equipment Helping build decks, fences, pergolas, and other outdoor structures Keeping job sites safe, clean, and organized

Who We're Looking For:

At least 1 season

of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction Physically fit and able to lift 60+ lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Shows up on time and works well in a team environment Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation Steel-toed boots required Skid steer or mini excavator experience is a

strong asset
