Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Supervisor to lead our installation team in creating beautiful, functional outdoor environments. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hardscaping, grading, and irrigation, along with proven leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape crews on daily site operations Coordinate and execute landscape installations, including excavation, grading, planting, and irrigation systems Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and craftsmanship standards Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project plans Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and suppliers to maintain clear expectations and schedules Manage materials, equipment, and job site organization Support project planning and provide input on design execution and site logistics
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape installation or construction Proven supervisory or crew lead experience Strong knowledge of hardscaping and irrigation systems Ability to read and interpret landscape plans Excellent communication and leadership skills Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
