, relationship-focused, and built to last. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Project Manager who understands luxury standards and can confidently manage projects and clients at this level.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee premium landscape projects from planning through completion, ensuring every detail meets the expectations of our high-end clientele. This role also supports business growth through occasional quoting and sales involvement and requires the ability to read and interpret landscape plans and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Manage high-end landscape and garden projects from start to finish
Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and internal crews
Act as the primary point of contact for discerning, high-value clients
Read, interpret, and execute work based on landscape plans and drawings
Prepare quotes and assist with sales and client consultations as needed
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to elite quality standards
Conduct site visits, quality control checks, and post-project follow-ups
Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
Contribute to operational improvements and business growth initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Proven project management experience (landscaping, construction, or related field preferred)
Ability to read and understand landscape or construction drawings
Experience working with high-end or luxury clients is a strong asset
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Estimating and quoting experience is an asset
Client-first mindset with exceptional professionalism and discretion
Comfortable representing a premium brand
Proficient with computers and project management tools
Valid driver's license
