About the role

The Landscape Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing landscape construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role oversees Foremen and a sub-contractor crew as required, ensuring project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and profitably. The Project Manager works closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality landscape and site development projects such as commercial/municipal landscapes, multi-family developments, and custom residential works.

Salary Range:

$80,000-110,000/year.

What you'll be doing

Lead landscape construction projects from pre-construction to close-out. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope. Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Manage RFIs, RFQs, site instructions, submittals, and change orders; ensure timely approvals and communication. Review drawings, track progress, and uphold quality and safety standards. Support the Superintendent and foremen with scheduling, site challenges, and resource planning. Accurately invoice completed work and manage project documentation. Participate in pre-construction, client meetings, and weekly internal scheduling meetings. Any other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous

landscape construction and site experience

is required. 2+ years in a Project Manager or Construction Coordinator role (or similar). Strong understanding of landscape construction, schedules, budgets, and reading drawings. Ability to lead field teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid Class 5 driver's license; ability to travel to sites as needed.
