Landscape Maintenance Technician

Parkside Landscaping is a landscape design/ build/ maintenance company, who have been creating distinctive landscapes since 1985.

With growing demand Parkside Landscaping London is looking to add experienced, energetic and knowledgeable professionals to join our team.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions: Landscape Maintenance Technician, Design/Build Installer

The ideal candidate will have experience with Spring/Fall Cleanups, Lawn Maintenance, Mulching, Topdressing/seeding as well as knowledge of planting & pruning

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Weekly property maintenance of lawns and gardens , Spring/Fall cleanups, leaf raking, pruning , Mulching, Topdressing/Seeding, Core Aeration

Proper care for small engine equipment and maintenance tools.

Work Conditions:

Fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work under pressure and complete projects within time restraints.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Able to work long hours as needed

Must be physically fit to preform all duties which includes lifting, pushing, kneeling and bending for an extended amount of time.

Qualifications:

-Attention to detail

-positive attitude

-Exceptional problem solving skills

-Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills

-2 years of landscaping experience preferred

- Valid Drivers License G required

-Plant identification skills are an asset

-Ability to work in a team environment

- 2 years minimum experience required.

- Horticulture and/or Landscape technician degrees are an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
