Landscape Maintenance Foreman
to lead a crew and ensure high-quality work on our strata and commercial sites. We provide full training for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities
Lead and organize a maintenance crew
Operate a company truck and equipment
Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
Maintain site quality, safety, and efficiency
Communicate professionally with customers when required
Requirements
Valid driver's license (required -- you will operate a company truck)
Strong leadership mindsetReliable, punctual, and organized
Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
Landscaping experience is an asset but
not required
