Description

: We seek a motivated and experienced Snow Removal and Landscaping Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a full hands-on leader, capable of leading a team and actively participating in all aspects of landscaping projects and snow removal projects.

This position requires driving a pickup truck and trailer and maintaining regular communication with clients to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

:

Lead and motivate a team of snow removal and landscapers to efficiently complete projects Work alongside team members to perform different snow removal and landscaping projects. Operate pickup truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns. Ensure that all work is completed safely and to high-quality standards Provide guidance and training to team members as needed

Requirements:

Ability to use various software programs for time management, job costing, and safety purposes (Aspire, Site Docs, etc.) Minimum two years of experience in landscaping or similar as lead Lead Hand, with leadership experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate pickup truck and trailer and skid steer safely Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in various weather conditions Knowledge of landscaping and snow removal techniques and materials Customer service-oriented mindset

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Winter: night and day shifts. Spring and summer, day shifts. Weekends as needed

Experience:

Landscape maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
