BCW Property Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated and reliable

Seasonal Landscape Labourer

to join our team. This hands-on role involves supporting various property maintenance and installation projects, including landscape care, general repairs, site prep, and snow removal. This is a

seasonal position

with the

potential to transition into a full-time role after 6 months

, based on performance and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

General building maintenance and repairs Site preparation and cleanup Delivery and unloading of materials and tools Operating tools and machinery safely Lawn maintenance and snow removal Installing and maintaining signage Following all health and safety protocols Occasional evening, weekend, and on-call work Work primarily in the Niagara Region with occasional travel

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 2 years of maintenance or landscape experience Valid G driver's license with a clean record Working at Heights and Elevated Platform Certifications (preferred)

Skills and Attributes:

Eager to learn and take direction Team-oriented and dependable Strong communication and time management skills Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs Familiarity with common hand and power tools Knowledge of workplace health & safety best practices

Compensation:

Wage based on experience

8 hour shift Morning shift On call Weekends as needed

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
