Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape construction and beautification. This role requires physical stamina, a passion for outdoor work, and a willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping field.

Duties



Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform landscaping tasks effectively. Dig, plant, and maintain gardens, ensuring healthy growth of plants and flowers. Skid steer operation Hardscape and softscape Build landscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls as directed by supervisors. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Skills



Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to landscaping tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge for the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment. Ability to dig, plant, irrigate, and maintain various types of gardens effectively. Experience in landscape maintenance practices is preferred but not required. A keen eye for detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
