Landscaping & Lawn Care Technician

Location:

Charleswood, MB

Compensation:

$18-$25+/hr (based on experience)

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Seasonal (Spring-Fall)

About the Role

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented candidates with at least one season of landscaping experience who are eager to learn and grow with our company. This position offers the opportunity to develop into a crew lead role and beyond.

Please note: This role is not intended for short-term summer employment. We are seeking candidates interested in long-term growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

General lawn maintenance (trimming, aeration, power raking, etc.) Brickwork and hardscaping Operation of skid steers and mini excavators Driving trucks with trailers Assisting with landscape planning and project execution Performing other general landscaping tasks as required
Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver's License Personal smartphone with data (for maps and work applications) Minimum 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Physically capable of working 10-hour days in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Reliable transportation to our shop in Charleswood for daily start times
