Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks across our operations, especially for landscaping, hardscaping and lawn care. This position requires physical stamina, and a great team work.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. Use hand tools and small equipment to remove and manage weeds effectively. Load and unload materials as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in pavers, interlock, landscaping, fencing and deck work. Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. Valid driver's license (must be able to get to job sites) Every day's different: We'll work on a variety of projects that keep things interesting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
