Mr. Trim Lawn and Garden Services has proudly served Durham since 1979 -- and we're growing! We're currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking

individual

to join our team full-time.

What We're Looking For:

A motivated and reliable worker with a strong work ethic. A

valid G license

with a clean driving abstract is a must. Ability to work well with a team -- each driver will be paired with a team member. Must be able to report to our shop in

North Bowmanville

for shifts. Expected start, the first week of April

Compensation:

Pay:

$22.5/hour plus profit sharing. Maintenance crews receive weekly profit sharing -- with the potential to earn up to

$28/hour

. For example, the average pay for last season was

$25.50/hour or $900 per week. This year's projections are $900 a week*

Winter pay:

This past winter's pay was $ 30/hr
