Position:
We are currently seeking an Landscape Labourer to join our team. This role involves all aspects of landscape construction and previous experience is required.
The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor physical work, possesses strong problem-solving skills, is eager to learn, and excels in a team environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Hardscape construction and installation, including paver laying, natural and concrete walls, masonry, flagstone, concrete, and ponds
Equipment operation and maintenance
Planting and yard maintenance
Soil placement, grading, and drainage
Lighting installation
Building supporting structures
Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools
Loading and unloading building materials
Removing debris and waste from work sites
Additional duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in at least 2 of the following is
required
: Hardscape construction and installation, general landscape construction, or equipment operation for landscaping
Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., power drills, hammers, and saws)
General knowledge of construction operations and procedures
Positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Class 5 Driver's Licence
Strong organizational skills and dependability
This position is available on a full-time basis, primarily within the Lower Mainland and at various project sites.
