The Day to Day

Maintaining and enhancing high-end residential gardens, including weeding, pruning, planting, and fertilizing. Monitoring plant health and identifying issues such as pests, diseases, or irrigation problems. Planting seasonal flowers, shrubs, and other greenery to enhance garden aesthetics. Assisting with garden redesigns and upgrades, working closely with designers and clients. Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment. Ensuring gardens are tidy, organized, and exceed client expectations. Communicating with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction and excellence in every project.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (preferably in high-end residential settings). Strong plant knowledge, including identification, care, and seasonal requirements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
