At Orangedale, we specialize in premium outdoor spaces -- patios, retaining walls, wood structures, and custom landscape builds. We're growing and looking for a skilled, reliable Foreman to lead our hardscape crew and ensure top-quality results on every job.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of 2-5 landscape construction team members Read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints Ensure proper installation of patios, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features Oversee safe and efficient use of tools, machinery, and materials Communicate with project managers, clients, and suppliers Track project progress, site conditions, and daily productivity Train and mentor crew members as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Requirements

Minimum 6 years

of experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation Strong working knowledge of interlock systems, base prep, grading, and retaining wall construction Experience with small machinery and hand tools (e.g., skid steers, saws, compactors) Ability to lead and motivate a team Valid driver's license (G or higher) -- DZ license is an asset Ability to work in physically demanding environments and in all weather conditions Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
