Please note:

This is a

construction-focused

role. You will not do maintenance or general gardening, though you may assist with garden installs as part of a larger construction project.

?The Opportunity: Your Path to Foreman

?We are looking for a Lead Hand who wants more than just a seasonal job. This position is a succession role: you will work directly alongside our current lead hand to learn our specific systems and standards.

For the right candidate, there is a clear, planned pathway to transition into a Foreman position within two years.

?What You'll Do

?

Lead on Site:

Travel with the lead hand in the company truck and take full responsibility for overseeing the job site at least one day per week. ?

Hardscape Construction:

Execute high-end stone, interlock, and structural builds. ?

Client Relations:

Act as a professional and friendly point of contact for our clients. No "standoffish" attitudes here--we want someone comfortable having a great conversation with a homeowner. ?

Equipment Operation:

Safely and efficiently operate industry equipment (experience is a strong asset).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in the landscape construction industry. ?

Driving:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Mandatory). ?

Skills:

Strong communication skills and a desire to move into leadership. ?

Knowledge:

Proficiency in hardscape techniques and equipment operation.
