Job Description
Viking Landscaping is looking to hire foreman that take pride in their work and want to help envision, design and build all our landscaping services for the 2026 season. Job entails mainly the construction of patios, retaining walls, decks, fences, pergolas and the installation for sod, trees, shrubs, water and fire features.
Applicants must:
Be capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
Have a valid driver's license and transportation to job sites all over town
Have the ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as a part of a team.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
Punctual, hard working, self-motivated, and driven to build great displays
Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations.
Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.

Summary
As the Landscape Foreman, you will oversee landscape construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution while supervising a dedicated team. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding team members and fostering a collaborative work environment. With a strong foundation in hardscapes, softscapes, lighting etc.. you will implement effective landscaping solutions. Additionally, your relevant construction experience will enhance project efficiency. Responsibilities
Oversee daily landscape operations, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers, providing guidance and support. Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and expectations. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
