SeeMoreGreen is looking for Landscape Field Workers to perform landscape maintenance on residential and commercial properties. About the role:
Landscape Field Worker?s duties include, but are not limited to, mowing, string trimming, mulching, landscaping, weeding, pruning, litter pick-up, and other landscape maintenance and construction tasks. Equipment use may be required and both online and in-person training will be provided. Field workers must follow all safety procedures, company procedures, and always abide by company policies. What you will do:
? Assisting with lawn care and landscape work on both residential and commercial jobsites.
? Raking, shoveling, spreading material, mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, sweeping, etc.
? Using power tools for lawn care maintenance tasks such as quick cut saws, chain saws, plate tampers, power wheelbarrows, skills saws, sod cutter, sprayer or duster, rototiller, drills, etc.
? Loading and unloading tools and materials from trucks and trailers.
? Completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records of activities.
? Helping to secure tools, equipment, and materials before transport.
? Helping to improve efficiencies of the daily tasks. What you will bring:
? Ability to work with power/hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials.
? Physically fit with good stamina.
? Ability to follow safe working procedures.
? Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
? Speak, read, and write English.
? Flexibility in working hours including occasional weekend work due to weather and job schedules.
? Valid Class 5 Driver?s License with Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
? Personal smartphone with data plan for daily attendance marking, communication, and reporting. Work Conditions:
? Various locations including both residential and commercial landscape construction sites.
? Working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
? Working outdoors in various conditions including cold, heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise.
? Working flexible hours including occasional weekend work, stat holidays, and out-of-town work where required. Company Overview:
