Landscape Designer-Project Associate

About Us

We are a full-service landscape firm specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. Our Development Department plays a key role in designing, planning, and coordinating project execution. We have excellent employees in the field executing our projects. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and support office, design, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

? Contribute to both office-based planning tasks and onsite project support.

? Plan, schedule, and coordinate work for crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

? Prepare presentations and documents using Google Workspace and Microsoft

PowerPoint/Excel

? Produce high-quality landscape designs using Dynascape, CAD, SketchUp, and rendering

software.

? Assist with project pricing and budgeting using LMN software - training provided.

? Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed.

? Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

? Track, organize, and submit project expenses.

Qualifications

? Proficiency in Dynascape, CAD, SketchUp, and rendering programs

? Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

? Solid understanding of construction, carpentry, concrete, grading, and basic

plumbing/electrical (an asset).

? Plant knowledge is considered an asset.

? Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish an asset.

? Experience using LMN for estimating/pricing is an asset but will train.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.

? Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both office and occasional field environments.

? Drivers license with clean abstract.
