Job Description
Vancouver GardenBox is a landscaping company that provides property maintenance, property clean up, and installation services.
We are hiring for a Landscape Crew Member! 30-40 hours per week. We are a growing small business, with opportunities to move into leadership roles as the company grows!
This is dynamic role where, in addition to industry knowledge, you will be learning invaluable soft skills such as:
Time management.
Providing an outstanding customer experience.
Learning about how a small business runs!

Responsibilities:
Provide amazing customer service! Walkthroughs with customers before and after you complete the job. Providing high quality, attention to detail driven work which will include: Weeding garden beds, mowing and edging lawns, trimming hedges and small trees, leaf clean up/removal and installing soil, mulches, gravel and sod Maintain tools and equipment. Maintain records of work performed.
What you bring:
1-2 years in previous Landscaping Roles A valid Class 5 Driver's License A strong work ethic Previous experience working with little to no supervision Organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal abilities Some plant identification knowledge

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
