Landscape Construction Technician

to join our team.

The Role

As a

Landscape Construction Technician

, you'll work hands-on to bring landscape designs to life. You'll assist in site preparation, grading, hardscaping, and planting, using top-tier equipment to ensure every project meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in landscape construction, including retaining walls, patios, pathways, and garden installations Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and power tools Install irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and other site utilities Prepare and grade sites for softscape and hardscape installations Follow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail

What We're Looking For

One to three years of experience in landscape construction (or willingness to learn) Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery Knowledge of hardscaping, drainage, grading, and irrigation is an asset Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license (preferred)
