Landscape Construction Team Lead

Looking at the pipeline going into 2026, we have decided to

recruit partners who can build/install vinyl and fibreglass pools.

We are one of Toronto's best-reviewed contractors, recruiting only the best. Outside of the standard traits that make one "the best," the below requirements are a must:

Primary duties will include:

Project Oversight: Leading and working on landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is executed according to specifications and timelines. Supervision: Leading and supervising crew members, providing guidance, and ensuring safety standards are followed. Technical Expertise: Applying advanced skills in excavation, base preparation, grading/elevations, and machine operation while also troubleshooting issues that arise during construction. Quality Control: Ensuring that work meets quality standards and specifications. Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients and contractors. Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the project and finding effective solutions. Budget Management: Monitoring expenses and managing resources efficiently.

Experience:

Ten to fifteen years of hands-on experience in residential landscape construction. Knowledge of various techniques, machines and tools.

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and teach the team members effectively. Problem-solving abilities to address issues that arise on the job. Time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Attention to detail for accuracy in measurements and finishes.

Physical Fitness:

Good physical condition and stamina for manual labour are essential.

Knowledge of Building Codes:

Understanding local building regulations and safety standards.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals and tradespeople.
