Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated
Landscape Construction Workers
to join our skilled team. You will work alongside experienced technicians on large-scale residential projects. This role is physically demanding and requires a solid understanding of landscape construction practices.Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation, excavation, and grading
Install interlock, retaining walls, coping, and other hardscape features
Handle materials, operate tools, and support equipment operators Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlinesRequirements:
Experience in landscape construction is required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Reliable transportation to and from job sitesPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly wage, based on skills and qualifications 40 - 60 hours of full-time work per week. Opportunities for advancement into lead hand and foreman positions Work and learn with a team that values professionalism and quality.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Hardscape Instaltion: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
