Summary

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist in our residential landscape projects . Based with our team in our Foothills office, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality outdoor spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.'

'Responsibilities'

Assist project managers with the overall project performance, including developing schedules, handling RFIs, and coordinating on-site activities.

Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents regularly. Assist in Procurement of Materials and resources as required for project completions. Assist in the development and management of project schedules using Microsoft office tools and other construction management software. Coordinate project activities, documentation, and communication among team members. Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence. Assist in monitoring project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Act as the main point of contact for homeowners and clients during the warranty period. Maintain warranty logs, communication records, and service documentation. Support other administrative functions related to project completion.

'Qualifications'

Proven experience in landscape or general construction project management.

Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Analytical thinker with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly Customer service-oriented and committed to providing a positive homeowner experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A degree or certification in construction management or related field is preferred.'
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
