Wolfpack Outdoor Services Inc. is a fast-growing landscape construction and excavation company specializing in grading, drainage, and outdoor living spaces across the GTA. We're seeking a Landscape Construction Lead Hand to assist in leading the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading, and site work projects. This is a hands-on role that supports the Foreman in daily operations while working alongside the crew. The ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction, can operate equipment, and is ready to take on more responsibility in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

Assist the Foreman with daily site setup, planning, and crew coordination Read and interpret site plans and grades Lead small tasks or areas of a project with minimal supervision Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment Ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and efficient progress Train and mentor labourers while maintaining a positive team environment Communicate clearly with the Foreman and other team members
Qualifications

2+ years of landscape construction experience (interlock, retaining walls, grading, etc.) Equipment operation experience preferred Strong understanding of job sequencing and project flow Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and leadership potential Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
