Your Role as Landscape Construction Foreman/Woman:

In this role, you will oversee the on-site aspects of landscape construction projects, including:

Coordinating project execution, equipment needs, and material deliveries. Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site. Supervising the landscape construction crew's day-to-day activities. Training and guiding landscape laborers, with efficient task delegation. Conducting on-site safety orientations and adhering to best practices. Operating various equipment (where required.). Assisting with construction of features such as walkways, walls, and decks. Installing plants as specified in project plans. Performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Reading blueprints and managing subcontractor quality and deadlines. Completing and submitting required information digitally.

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in landscape or construction. Proven ability to operate tools and equipment safely. Strong communication skills, time management, and blueprint reading. Valid driver's license, with proficiency in English. Ability to use a smartphone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting.
