Minimum Requirements:

Must possess a valid G class driver's license. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the landscape/construction industry Speak, read, and write English Use of personal mobile device for communication, time and project tracking. Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and Plan for 2+ Crews. Ensure safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard Lead the execution of construction projects, planning requirements for labor, equipment and materials to ensure completion of project(s) on time, on budget and on scope. Provide training to new team members Communicate effectively with clients, team and project managers alike Maintain the policies for dress code and safety with the team to build a professional culture and environment.
