We work closely with our clients to build beautiful and sustainable landscapes, and we are looking for a dynamic Foreperson to help lead our efforts, offering more than just pizza parties.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and coach our team of landscape construction labourers and lead hands, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project completion. Collaborate with the owner and landscape architect to plan and execute our landscape construction projects. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure successful outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscape construction, with a strong understanding of various landscape construction building techniques and materials. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret landscape plans. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license.
