Beamish Landscape Services has been in business for over 30 years. We are the true definition of a full service landscape company. With lawn maintenance, garden maintenance, green construction, design and hardscape crews we take landscapes from an idea to an oasis.

As for our construction crews we create but are not limited too: Patios, retaining walls, ponds/pond less water features, pergolas, pads, outdoor kitchens, large scale plantings, drainage, walkways, grading and site work and driveway installations all in both residential and commercial applications.

The chosen Candidate (Landscape Foreman/Forewoman must have 3+ years in the landscape field.

Other requirements:

A positive attitude.

Landscape construction knowledge and experience.

Ability to interpret scaled drawings and blue prints on a jobsite.

Knowledge of materials, aggregates and other Construction related materials.

Following the quotation for the job and keeping track of materials, scheduling and orders to keep the site moving as efficiently as possible.

Strongly motivated, detail oriented and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Ability to delegate, organize and manage a crew of 1-6 members on a construction site.

Must have the fore sight to watch at all time for potential hazards, PPE is worn and other health and safety concerns.

Able to produce in a variety of conditions (Hot, cold, damp days). Able to lift 50+ pounds.

Knowledge and proficiency in the operation of a multitude of power tools. (quick cuts, wood working tools, laser level, compaction equipment, drills, etc.)

Basic mechanical knowledge. Ability to look after and maintain all construction tools.

Equipment experience 2+ years. (telehandler, mini ex, skid steer)

Must have a G class license or higher.
