Landscape Construction Foreman/Supervisor

to help us carry projects through the end of this year and lead the way into 2026.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a leader who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team setting. You'll need:

2+ years of experience

in landscape construction or a related trade. Proven ability to operate tools and equipment safely. Strong communication and time-management skills. Confidence reading blueprints and coordinating subcontractors. A valid driver's license and proficiency in English. Comfort with smartphones or tablets for digital reporting.

Your Role as Foreman/Supervisor

In this hands-on leadership position, you'll:

Coordinate project execution, scheduling, and deliveries. Oversee safety, quality, and productivity on-site. Supervise and train crew members, delegating tasks effectively. Operate and maintain equipment (e.g., loaders, chainsaws, compactors). Build features such as walkways, walls, decks, and planting beds. Conduct site orientations and ensure compliance with best practices. Submit paperwork digitally and manage deadlines with precision.
