Job Summary Experienced lead hand with crew management skills seeking a new challenge? Join Clintar as a Construction Foreman. Our ideal Landscape Foreman is a dependable leader, open to feedback, and committed to team growth and success. Winter able to Manage a snow event for side walk crews and Loader Operators managing sites.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire landscaping crew
Work alongside leaders sing tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, brick installation tools, blowers, and pruning equipment
Able to run a job from start to finish
Can operate equipment when needed
Construction projects that include, pavestone, water features, natural stone soil, mulch, aggregates and plant material
Tasks such as painting, pruning, and minor concrete repairs
Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
Foster team spirit
Ensure health & safety compliance
Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
4-8 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading
Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
Estimation, design skills, and health & safety experience are assets
Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
