Lead and inspire landscaping crew
Quote / Plan / Estimate upcoming projects, bids, tenders.
Work alongside crew members using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, brick installation tools, blowers, and pruning equipment.
Tasks such as painting, pruning, and minor concrete repairs
Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
Foster team spirit
Ensure health & safety compliance
Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading
Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
Estimation, design skills, and health & safety experience are required.
Able to lift or move over 25 pounds.
Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
