- Lead and inspire landscaping crew
- Quote / Plan / Estimate upcoming projects, bids, tenders.
- Work alongside crew members using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, brick installation tools, blowers, and pruning equipment.
- Tasks such as painting, pruning, and minor concrete repairs
- Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
- Foster team spirit
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading
- Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
- Estimation, design skills, and health & safety experience are required.
- Able to lift or move over 25 pounds.
- Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
