Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and installation. This role involves working with various materials and tools to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. A background in construction or landscaping is preferred, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Landscape Duties

Perform landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in the construction of hardscapes such as patios, fences, walkways, and retaining walls. Read and interpret schematics to execute landscape designs accurately. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscaping Construction such as brick laying, sod, site grading, retaining walls, fences, etc. Proficiency with power tools and landscaping equipment. Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions. Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Seasonal Opportunities

While this position is primarily focused on the landscape construction season, we are also looking for reliable team members interested in

transitioning into winter work

, including snow removal and related services. This provides the opportunity for long-term, year-round employment for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
