WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a

hybrid role

that blends

sales, field work, and leadership development.

You'll:

Promote V.I.L. Landscaping's premium services to homeowners in person Communicate with clients, handle questions, and assist with upsells Work hands-on with our landscaping crews and learn the trade fundamentals Train directly under leaders who've built one of Oakville's top landscape brands
This isn't about clocking in. It's about learning to

communicate, influence, and perform

-- whether you're selling, solving problems on site, or leading a crew.

WHO YOU NEED TO BE

Ambitious, athletic, and competitive Coachable and mentally tough -- this job isn't easy Hungry to learn business, marketing, and real-world communication Comfortable in the elements (rain, sun, snow -- we work year-round) Obsessed with personal growth and leveling up
Experience in sales or landscaping helps, but attitude and drive matter more.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
