We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surveying principles and practices, with proficiency in utilizing advanced technology and software for data collection and analysis. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects, ensuring accurate measurements, and contributing to the successful completion of various land development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys using a variety of surveying instruments and technologies. Collect and analyze data related to land features, boundaries, and elevations. Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings. Collaborate with other teams to provide accurate survey information. Utilize GIS and ArcGIS for data management and visualization of survey results. Maintain organized databases for storing survey data and project documentation. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the surveying process. Perform fieldwork in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in land surveying with strong skills in data collection and management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD software, GIS, ArcGIS, and related technologies. Familiarity with construction processes and standards is preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate measurements and reporting. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
