Responsibilities You'll Take On:

Operate and monitor lamination machines to produce exceptional laminated products. Set up machines by adjusting speed, temperature, and pressure to meet production needs. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out minor repairs when needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety and sanitation standards. Document production activities, including quantities produced and machine performance.

Minimum Qualifications We're Looking For:

Previous experience with lamination machines or similar equipment is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
