We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring and experience with various installation tasks, including laminate,hardwood,vinyl,. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and specifications.
Duties
Perform installation of flooring materials, including laminate,carpets,vinyl,and hardwoods
Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards
Provide maintenance person services as required during the installation process
Requirements
Proven experience in laminate installation .
Proficiency in flooring installation techniques .
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with carpentry practices and tools
Experience using hand tools safely and effectively
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team .
