We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Floor Installer to join our team.

Job Duties:

Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas. Install various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives. Remove old flooring materials and dispose of them properly. Ensure all installations meet company standards and client specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines during installations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success. Perform additional tasks as required by the project manager or supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a floor installer or similar role. Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability to work during weekdays and occasional weekends.
