Positions Available:

- Labourers: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including demolition, cleaning, material handling, and remediation work.

- Skilled carpenters: Bring your expertise in carpentry to our team, working on custom projects, repairs, and renovations, including fire and flood damage restoration. Oversee and execute renovation and rebuild projects, ensuring quality finishes and attention to detail, with a focus on restoring properties damaged by fire, flood, or other disasters.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in carpentry, renovation, construction, or restoration (fire, flood, mould and asbestos remediation).

- Physical ability to perform manual labour and work in fast-paced dynamic environments.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in restoration and remediation.

- Criminal record check required.

Specialized Skills a Plus:

- IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Experience with mould or asbestos remediation, water or fire damage restoration.

- Knowledge of Worksafe BC guidelines and safety regulations.

- Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, DocuSketch, Contractors Connection, and other software programs.

- Basic plumbing and electrical experience.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
