About the Role:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals or crews with experience in:

General Building Renovations

Plumbing Installation & Repairs

Mold, Lead, and Asbestos Abatement

Water & Fire Damage Restoration

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in construction, renovations, or specialized trades (plumbing, abatement, restoration) Knowledge of building codes and safety standards Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Certifications in plumbing or abatement are a plus Comfortable using tablets for digital tracking and reporting through maintenance software

Who We're Looking For:

Skilled in

plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs

Abatement experience

(mold, asbestos, restoration work) Able to

work independently

, manage time, and complete tasks

Reliable, safety-conscious

, and experienced in a variety of trades
