Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking labourers to join the crew. This role is essential for supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Have your own basic hand tools. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the duration of the project.

Qualifications

Previous experience in labor or construction roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus. Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently when required. Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary.

The job entails drywall, patching, painting, and miscellaneous handyman task.
