Job Description
Bluewater Pallet is looking for a permanent full time Labourer to join our team. The right candidate must work well as an individual and also within a team environment. Safety and quality are integral to our business, and employees must make these areas a priority. Summary of Job: Labourers are responsible for various tasks related to the production of pallets and wood packaging materials, using equipment they have been trained to use. Labourers take direction from their Supervisor as well as Machine Operators. Required Qualifications:
- Grade 12 graduate or equivalent
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Numeracy skills needed
- Reading and writing skills needed
- Must be energetic and physically fit
- Must be capable of repetitive medium to heavy lifting
- Past pneumatic nailing experience is preferred
- Past manufacturing experience preferred
- References are preferred
- 10 hour shift
- Watford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
