Job Description
We are looking for Casual Labourers to join our team at our client site in the Sherwood Park area. This is a temporary position starting in early April and estimated to run for 2 months.
These positions will have a 10 Days In & 4 Days Out Schedule, 7:00AM to 5:30PM. LOA is available for this role (proof of residence will be required), but candidates with local accommodations are encouraged to apply.
What would you be doing?
- Supporting the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and corresponding site areas.
- Transporting materials with client vehicles and towing trailers.
- Operate Light Equipment, Skid Steer/ Forklift/Zoom Boom.
- Dig trenches, and shovel snow, gravel, and other materials.
- Cleaning off machinery at shops and client sites.
- All employees will be required to ensure they are wearing the proper PPE required for their role.
- Perform the duties of your job in a safe manner, ensuring the safety of yourself and your co-workers.

- Valid safety tickets: Confined Space - Entry & WHMIS
- Class 5 Driver Licence (non-GDL) with a clean Driver Abstract.
- Physically fit with the ability to work long workdays.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have own transportation to site.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Employee rate $30.00/hour.
- 10 hours shifts, with 2 hours Overtime Rate.
- LOA available
- Benefits after 300 hours of work.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
